Oscar Swarv is one of Australia's leading
comedians, best known for his various styles of
comedy, ranging from somewhat risque to top
quality corporate. To compliment his
hilarious antics, Oscar is also in great demand
for his compering, interviewing and
auctioneering skills.
His
versatility is highlighted by the broad range of
show types he has on offer. As well as
solo stand-up Oscar spends much of his time
sharing the limelight with some of Australia's
leading sports celebrities.
Another
popular show for Oscar is his own home grown
"How Funny Are Ya" show. A
show where Oscar proves the age old adage that
"Everybody Thinks They're a
Comedian". This show sees Oscar open
with some of his typical ocker wit followed by
an evening of audience participation as they get
up to try their hand at spinning their favourite
yarns.
Due to
popular demand, Oscar has produced five "R"
rated comedy tapes, which are available
individually or in his collector's set "The
Filthy Five" pack - four and half hours
of rough and ready Aussie comedy. But be
warned, they are not to be taken lightly and are
certainly not the ideal gift for your mother in
law - but then again ????
Remember, if Oscar's in town - don't miss a
great night out with the Larriken of Laughter |

Everybody wants to be a comedian - well Oscar
has developed this show to give the public the
opportunity to prove just how funny they really
are. Anyone who has seen Oscar in full
flight knows that this will be a night of
madness and mayhem as he takes you through the
minefield of raw Aussie humour. Best
described as "Comedy Karaoke", this
show is not for the faint hearted as Oscar has
no control over the jokes the audience elects to tell and
any complaints should be directed to: |

As part of the evening, Oscar invites audience
members to join him on stage to tell their
favourite gags to try to win great prizes.
The culmination of the show is the final
"Joke Off", when heat winners are
invited back on stage to try to become the true
local "Comedy King".
Certainly a night of full on audience
participation, this show has proved popular in
pubs and clubs Australia wide. |
